When Kurt Warner secured a position on an NFL team, he was not given much opportunity to play. However when he was finally given the chance, he showed his sportsmanship by securing 41 Touch Downs, leading his team to Super Bowl victory, and breaking Super Bowl records. However in 2002, his football career was at a standstill. He injured his throwing hand and was constantly being overshadowed by the newer players. Finally, in 2007, he led his team to the Super Bowl playoffs, and though they didn’t secure victory, Kurt Warner will go down as one of the best clutch players in NFL history. If he was not persistent, he would have never become a Super Bowl champion, Hall of Fame candidate, or a two-time NFL MVP.
